Picolo offers a fast thumbnail view for all your pictures in a intuitive and easy to use interface. You can rename, copy, move, delete files and do a multitude of batch operations without openning individual image files. Picolo Image Viewer can perform more than 30 image enhancing operations(Sharpen, Soften, Bump Map, Wave, Lens, Buttonize, Drop Shadow, etc). It also incorporates a object based imaging tool so that you can add text, arrows, boxes, ellipses or other pictures to create customized images. Picolo handles animated gif in a separate easy to view window, displaying individual frames with all the detailed frame information.
