Jamieson, Windows media player is NOT Windows Media Format Runtime.
MingLiChu2, Bac78, It happens when you skip installing "Windows Media Format 9 Series Runtime" files during instalation of X Video Converter. Please REINSTALL X Video Converter and select YES when you are required to install "Windows Media Format 9 Series Runtime files"! Thank you. |
